Outstanding Fried Rice, best that ever have ever had. There's nothing we don't like! Westerville is fortunate to have the Thai Grille.

This by far my favorite Thai food restaurant. It's small, cozy, and every dish I've had has been excellent, especially the duck. I live in Dayton and make special trips to this restaurant because it's sooo good.

Have been here several times and each time has been great. Pad Thai is really good! I hope to get a Thai restaurant in Mansfield....soon.

Food is fresh and flavorful. The server is normally the husband of the wife and husband owner team (the wife is the chef). As they mention, the service can be a bit slow at times but well worth it. It's small and intimate ambiance. We recommend the coconut milk soup, shrimp roll, pad kee moa and pad Thai.

Favorite Thai restaurant in the Columbus area, hands down. The tofu curry is fantastic as is everything we've tried in the menu. It's a small place and tends to be a bit slow, but it's worth the wait for sure. Milk tea is a must here. Veggie spring rolls, ginger chicken stir fry, shrimp appetizer, chicken satay... all with checking out.

Thai Grille is located in uptown Westerville. Whenever I'm in the area, I stop by at Thai Grille for lunch. Today I had the pad kee mao and tom kha gai. Both dishes were delightful. The tom kha gai was creamy and flavorful and topped with a sprinkle of chili flakes and cilantro. The pad kee mao was the perfect spice level and the veggies were bright and crisp. The portions are a little smaller, but filling. You can tell that each dish is made with passion and care. The ambience of the restaurant is cozy and peaceful and the staff are kind. Stop by Thai Grille if you are craving Thai flavors in North Columbus. You will be delighted as I was!

Solid option for Thai food! This is my friend's favorite Thai spot so we came on a Friday night for dinner. Despite the local festival that was going on, it wasn't busy inside. We parked a couple blocks away because of the event, so I'm not really sure where the closest parking is. It's a small room with just over a handful of tables. There were three other groups dining in when we arrived around 7:20 ish, but more groups came in after 8:15 ish and it became pretty busy. Food is made to order and their kitchen is small. But since we came when it wasn't all that busy, food didn't take long to be prepared. There's an older Asian woman who is likely the owner. She was the hostess and also took orders. All of the staff was nice! Didn't rush us at all. My friend got pad Thai, while I got pad see ew. We also got curry puffs as an appetizer and Jasmine Dragon Phoenix pearls tea to share. They put it in a nice looking kettle. My friend and I both ordered medium spice but I only tasted a hint of spice in hers, while mine tasted like they maybe forgot to add some. The food was delicious and like some reviews said, not a large portion as other Thai places. It's a sizeable amount that you can finish easily if you're really hungry. The food did taste a bit over cooked...but my friend said it must've been an off day since it's never been burnt or over cooked for her. The food did taste home cooked! Overall, a fantastic place!

Sometimes I just crave Thai food... I finally checked out this place called Thai Grille in Westerville... how come I've never tried this place?! Everything I ordered was so tasty~ Pad Kee Mao: instead of the Pad Thai, I got this wide rice noodle dish~ loved the Thai basil flavor Beef Curry: the coconut milk made the curry more creamy~ the beef was so tender! I never had avocado in the curry before, but it was surprisingly very good add-on~ Curry Puff: the puff was so flaky and the potato was very flavorful~ the side sauce added additional refreshing element to the dish. Calamari Skewer: the calamari was big and tender. I really liked the smoky flavor Tom Yum Kung: a must order dish for me whenever I have Thai food. They did a good job, and it had decent amount of the herbal depth in the broth~ Thai Iced Tea: the flavor was really good, but I wish it was a little less sweet.

Great experience. A small place with a big heart, serving wonderful flavors in fresh ingredients. Don't be like me! I've had this bookmarked for years with all it's reviews and personal recommendations. I should have come sooner. I searched vegetarian restaurants and this popped up. Parking was well marked outside(see pic) for this gem, just off the main drag. Everything we had is recommended. Housemade ginger ale(see pic) Iced thai tea(see pic) Green mango salad(see pic) Fried shrimp roll(in a wonton) Tom Kha Gai soup Tofu satay Crispy pork Pad see Ew(see pic) Rama chicken Tofu curry Not a clunker on the table. There was a lot of "Yums", and "Try this" at our table. Business was very steady. Plenty of call in carryout was walking out. Table turnover is slow because every meal is prepared to order. There are no pre-prepped or pre-cooked items waiting to be ordered. **PRO TIP Being ready with an appetizer order when seated will help make the wait time shorten between servings. Plan to share, and let me know how the black rice and mango dessert is. Bring some friends and family with you. We will absolutely be back.
